Every student needs a good mentor besides the parents and regular school teachers for better academic performance.

ஒவ்வொரு மாணவருக்கும் சிறந்த கல்வித் திறனுக்காக பெற்றோர் மற்றும் வழக்கமான பள்ளி ஆசிரியர்களைத் தவிர ஒரு நல்ல வழிகாட்டி தேவை.

Parents are well educated. Teachers are also good at teaching in school. Schools also train the students properly by giving worksheets, notes and conducting various periodical tests.In spite of these all supports, why these students go to private coaching centre. When this question was asked to our students, they replied the following.

பெற்றோர் நன்கு படித்தவர்கள். ஆசிரியர்களும் பள்ளியில் கற்பிப்பதில் சிறந்தவர்கள். பள்ளிகளும் பணித்தாள்கள், குறிப்புகள் மற்றும் பல்வேறு குறிப்பிட்ட கால சோதனைகளை நடத்துவதன் மூலம் மாணவர்களுக்கு முறையாக பயிற்சி அளிக்கின்றன. இவை அனைத்தையும் ஆதரித்தாலும், இந்த மாணவர்கள் ஏன் தனியார் பயிற்சி மையத்திற்கு செல்கிறார்கள். இந்த கேள்வி எங்கள் மாணவர்களிடம் கேட்கப்பட்டபோது, அவர்கள் பின்வருமாறு பதிலளித்தனர்.

1. “We are badly in need of a mentor who can pay individual attention, guide us, motivate us and clarify our doubts as and when required.”
2. “We missed some basics in lower classes. We feel shy of asking doubts in our school. If we fill up these learning gaps, we will become strong in fundamentals.”
3. “We want to have writing practice with some options and without compulsion within the specified time. Schools do not allow these. Whereas, we enjoy at Saitech that liberty to choose the concept nuggets and write centum cyclic tests.”
4. “We have the opportunity to discuss with our seniors. The peer help is of great support to us.”
5. “We want to perform better; so we need this private coaching.”
6. “We can purchase only limited number of books. We are able to learn extra by going through additional references. We can use the inftrastructure of Saitech like library and digital library where we are able to refere many books.”
7. “We are always fond of gifts. These make us very competitive and motivate us to work more.?
8. “There are more distractions at home.” We do not want our study time to be stolen by surprise visits of some guests, relatives and friends. We are children; we are tempted by these guests and forget ourselves and engage with them for outing and eating and finally when we remember next day’s assignments or test we blame ourselves for our poor planning of holiday time. On many Sundays, our parents plan to go for shopping or any outing and ask us for our availablility, we simply hide our next day’s school test and Saitech special classes too and go to malls, beach and other places with some guilty feelings. But, everything is exposed when our poor marks appear on the school report card. Hence, we want to staty more time at Saitech.
9. We are very happy with the latest Saitech Learning Journal Entry System. We are made accountable, either we study at Saitech or at home or even at School during leisure hours, with this excellent learning system. We are able to manage our time more effectively with the Saitech Learning Journal Entry System. The reports are automatically updated. We can see our progress live. Our parents too need not wait for 3 months or 4 months to know our academic performance during open day at schools, where the teachers dominate our parents for our own faults and surprise marks.
10. We totally agree with Saitech and assure our parents to devote 6 learning hours on working days and 12 learning hours on holidays!!

10. நாங்கள் சாய்டெக்குடன் முற்றிலும் உடன்படுகிறோம், வேலை நாட்களில் 6 கற்றல் நேரங்களையும் விடுமுறை நாட்களில் 12 கற்றல் நேரங்களையும் ஒதுக்குவோமென்று எங்கள் பெற்றோருக்கு உறுதியளிக்கிறோம் !!
