Rules and regulations of Saitechinfo Premium Classes

  1. Coaching Classes for STD 9 to STD12 Students, NEET, JEE, NATA and ICFA aspirants
  2. Premium direct classroom Training – Monday to Saturday
  3. Free Classes – online and on every Sunday
  4. Maximum capacity – 26 students
  5. 85% Attendance is compulsory to premium classes.
  6. Monthly fees should be paid before 5th day of every month.
  7. Leave with permission letter from parent is allowed for two days only in a month.
  8. If any student takes leave without notice he or she will be removed from all groups of Saitech. However, such students will be rejoined only on submission of assurance letter from their parents. This should not happen every time.
  9. Student should check in and check out compulsorily for every session.
  10. Students park their cycles and bikes at their own risk. Nearby students should avoid vehicles.
  11. Assignments should be submitted on Saturday in A4 sheets (75 GSM paper)
  12. Assignment carries maximum marks of 10.
  13. Exercise, Example and In text questions should be completed for every chapter in all subjects in a separate Homework Notebook. These notebooks should be submitted on every Sunday. Completion of exercise carries 10 marks.
  14. Weekly unit tests are conducted in the evening hours on Sundays. Maximum marks for unit test is 30. Minimum 2 unit tests will be conducted every week.
  15. A bonus of 10 marks will be given if the assignment with answers are successfully posted in saitechinfo website.
  16. Students should have 1 class work note book for all subjects and 1 homework notebook for each subject. Students should bring daily 20 A4 sheets daily with exam pad.
  17. Students should use only fountain ink pen for writing all notes, assignments, worksheets and tests.
  18. If a student is weak in any concept, he or she will be advised to complete worksheets. If a student fails in a unit test he or she should correct the wrong answers and submit as worksheets. No extra marks will be awarded for worksheets.
  19. Worksheets – for practice; assignment for improving presentation; unit test for assessment.
  20. If a student damages Saitech assets he or she will replace the damaged items immediately.
  21. Do not bring edibles, mobile phones, electronic gadgets, smart watches, toys, sports and games items, school bag and novels inside the classroom.
  22. Bullying students will be suspended immediately.
  23. Follow the decent dress code.
  24. Avoid late coming.
  25. Should bring RFID tag daily.
  26. Loss of RFID tag should be immediately reported and should be replaced with a new one on payment of fine amount.
  27. If any student is sick, stay at home and take down the notes from telegram group.
  28. There will be free Balvikas class on every Sunday for 90 minutes between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon. Students will be given special training in Indian Culture and Spirituality.Age 6 to 9 years – Group – I – 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
  29. Age 9 to 12 years – Group – II – 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon.
  30. Age 12 to 15 years – Group – III – 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon.
  31. There will be free Skills School Classes on every Sunday for 90 minutesAcademic Skill Builder – for high school and higher secondary students. – 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
  32. Employability Skill Builder – higher secondary and graduates
